Larissa M. Ryman, 12, of Milan, IL, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at University of Iowa Children’s Hospital, Iowa City, IA.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Cremation rites will follow the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Black Hawk Special Education School Playground Fund.
Larissa was born on June 14, 2005, in Silvis, IL, the daughter of Sarah B. Ryman and Aaron D. Matthews. She enjoyed dancing and making arts and crafts. She especially loved going fishing with her dad and camping with her grandparents.
Survivors include her parents, Sarah Ryman and Aaron Matthews, Milan, IL; sisters, Nevaeh, Shelby, Aniyah, Unrica, Mia, Alyssa, and Michelle; brothers, Aaron, Jr., Devon, and Kavon; nephew, Zion; grandparents, Mark and Shari Loy, Ron and Mary Ryman, and Cheryl and King Jackson; great grandparents, McKinley and Rachel Matthews; several aunts and uncles.
