Adrian G. Peña

Adrian G. Peña, 85, of Moline, IL, passed away, September 12, 2025, at Allure of Quad Cities.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at New Life Fellowship Church, Moline Campus. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Life Fellowship Missions Fund or Convoy of Hope.

Adrian was born on April 13th, 1940, in Crystal City, Texas the son of Margarito and Concepcion Peña. He married Maria Santos in Crystal City, Texas on August 19, 1955; she preceded him in death on August 29, 2025. Adrian worked as a control center operator and retired from Deere & Co. after 30 years of employment. He loved to tinker and was a true jack of all trades. He enjoyed working with his hands and was always trying to figure out how things worked. Adrian was an active member of New Life Fellowship Church for 48 years, both as a member and serving as their maintenance man.

Survivors include children, Adrian (Debra) Peña Jr., Brenda Hendrickson, Rick Peña, Cindy (Brad) Dixon, and Leroy (Dawn) Peña; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Peña and siblings, Bertha Gonzalez, Fred Peña, Gloria Ochoa, Francisca Ochoa, and Ruben Peña.
