Alan J. Baker, 83, of Donahue, IA, died Friday, April 10, 2015, at home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Calvary Church of the Quad Cities, 4700 53rd Street, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, April 13, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.

Alan was born on March 4, 1932, in Davenport, IA, the son of John and Marie Hanna Traeger Baker. He married Marjorie A. Kraklow on August 16, 1952, in Taylor Ridge. He worked as a driver in the warehouse at the Rock Island Arsenal for 36 years, retiring in 1986.

Alan was a graduate of Reynolds High School and a member of Calvary Church of the Quad Cities.
