Amy J. Fox, 33, of East Moline, IL, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July, 11, 2015, at Colona United Methodist Church, 1709 Cleveland Road, Colona, IL. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and private family inurnment will be at Moline Memorial Park at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.
Amy was born on October 7, 1981, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Mike Fox and Star Fox (Greg Hoover). She worked as the program supervisor for ARC of the Quad Cities for 9 years.
Amy was a member of Colona United Methodist Church. She was a Scentsy dealer and a 2nd degree black belt. Amy enjoyed playing volleyball, singing, and scrapbooking. She was a Cardinal's baseball fan.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Faith Ayers; son, Jayden Wheaton; significant other, Eric Wheaton; father, Mike Fox, Coal Valley, IL; mother, Star Fox, Clinton, IA; brother, Jason Fox, Coal Valley, IL; grandmother, Hazel Fox.
