Anita Forest, 72, of Moline, IL, died Saturday, April 6, 2013, at Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.
Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd.
Inurnment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens at a later date. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
Anita was born on August 19, 1940, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Joseph and Virginia (Summers) Powell. She married Jerry Forest in Moline and he preceded her in death. She worked as a warehouse worker for Rock Island Packaging. Anita enjoyed crocheting. She was a very loving caretaker for her family.
