Arlene R. Trout, 73, of Milan, died April 1, 2009 at Parkview Terrace in East Moline.
Graveside services will be held at the National Cemetery on April 7, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Those wishing to attend the graveside service should arrive at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, 6601 38th Avenue, Moline by 9:15 a.m. Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the Shriners Childrens Hospital.
Arlene was born September 5, 1935 in Portsmouth, VA to Franklin L. and Viola L. Ricks Uhlenberg. She married William Trout who preceded her in death on February 14, 2001.
Arlene was an active volunteer with the Moose Lodge in Rock Island and the Navy wives club. She also enjoyed ceramics, folk craft, and crochet.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; James Elbert Byrd, and brothers Robert and Henry.
