Arthur P. Schoenberger, 73, of Rock Island, IL, died Thursday, August 06, 2015, at home.
Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Arthur was born on August 21, 1941, in Dubuque, IA, the son of Arthur and Rose Cumpton Schoenberger. He worked for several roofing companies for over 40 years.
Arthur loved jigsaw puzzles and coin collecting. He especially loved fishing.
Survivors include his children, Roger (Jolene) Schoenberger, Dubuque, IA, Sheri (Steve) Farrell, Rock Island, IL, Philip (Sandy) Schoenberger, Dubuque, IA, Shane (Tarri) Schoenberger, Dubuque, IA, Lance Schoenberger, Dubuque, IA, and Sean (Carrie) Schoenberger, Fruitland, New Mexico; sister, Patricia (Joe) Berg, Rockford, IL; 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother.
