Austin Jones

Austin L. Jones, 20, of Moline, passed on November 1, 2019, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline.  Cremation will take place following the visitation.  Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established later.

Austin was born on November 5, 1998, in Silvis, the son of Scott LeRoy and Cathy Ann (Tomlinson) Jones.  He was currently employed as the shift manager at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Cedar Rapids.  Austin enjoyed cooking, long boarding and hanging out with his friends.

Survivors include his parents, Scott & Cathy; aunts, uncles and cousins; and many, many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary K. Buysse; and grandparents, Linda Jones and Henry Jones.
