Barbara C. Murrin, 69, of Moline, IL, died Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Genesis Medical Center - West Campus, Davenport, IA.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2014 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3205 - 60th Street, Moline, IL. There will be a Recitation of the Rosary at 2:00 p.m. and a visitation from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at the Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, 6601-38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Burial will be at St. Mary's Mausoleum in East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Believers Together Center.
Barbara was born on June 9, 1945, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Michael Joseph and Mary Rose Spriet Murrin. She was employed as a Procurement & Production Systems Analyst at the Rock Island Arsenal for 27 ½ years.
Barbara was an Alleman graduate and enjoyed bird watching, traveling, photography, and gardening. She was a Dodgers and Colts Fan. Barbara was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Moline.
