Betty L. Fosbinder, 92, of Moline, IL, died Sunday, February 23, 2014, at her home.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and private inurnment will be at Moline Memorial Park at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family.
Betty was born on June 15, 1921, in Moline, IL, the daughter of H.V. "Vic" and Louise (Lebbert) Nitzel. She married Clifford V. Fosbinder on September 5, 1936, in Aledo, IL, and he preceded her in death on December 25, 1990.
Betty worked for the Blackhawk Area Education Center as the cafeteria manager for 19 years. She enjoyed playing cards and cooking. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her son, Larry; sisters, Lucille and Dorothy; grandson, Dean Styx.
