Betty June LaFrence, 90, of Osco, Illinois passed away on September 26, 2016 at her residence.
Private graveside services will be held at a later time at Oakwood Cemetery in Geneseo.
Betty was born on June 29, 1926 in Charles City, Iowa the daughter of Roy and Esther Orgester Gager. She married Calvin Neff LaFrence on December 27, 1971 in Moline. He preceded her in death on January 18, 2015.
Betty was employed with Bendix Corp. as a Secretary.
Survivors include her stepdaughter, Anita Brunson; stepgrandson, Justin Ferkel; close friends, neighbors and caregivers, Kim and Dave White.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cal; and step daughter, Nancy Ferkel.
