Beverly J. Goddard, 87, of Moline, IL, died Sunday, December 22, 2013.
Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Beverly was born on May 1, 1926, in Moline, IL, the daughter of LeRoy William and Alfreida Faith (Anderson) Shibley. She married Lawrence Peter Goddard on December 2, 1950, in Moline, and he preceded her in death on May 14, 1979.
Beverly worked as a guard for Pinkerton in Rock Island and later as a telephone secretary for Quad City Physician's Exchange Answering Service. She was a member of 7th Day Adventist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Laurie; daughter, Cheryl; 2 brothers; and a granddaughter.
