Bonnie Louise Latting

Bonnie Louise Latting, 88, of Moline, passed away September 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by Funeral services at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Private family burial will follow at Moline Memorial Park.

Bonnie was born on December 7, 1936, in Newark, Arkansas, the daughter of Ernest and Edyth (Riddle) Sandefur. She married Abe, the love of her life, on December 29, 1954, in Batesville Arkansas. Bonnie was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church in Rock Island. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker.

Bonnie enjoyed working a variety of positions with Younkers, Weight Watchers and supporting Abe’s construction business over the years. She loved attending her children and grandchildren’s sporting events and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite times were celebrating Christmas with her family as they traveled from all over the country to celebrate together.

Survivors include her husband of over 70 years, Abe; children, Pat (Bill) Graves, Roscoe, IL, Calvin (Celeste) Latting, Sandusky, OH, David (Jill) Latting, Des Moines, IA, Bill (Theresa) Latting, Moline, IL; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Alice (Charles) James, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Kenneth and Doyne Sandefur and sister, Ernestine Loy.
