Brenda Kay Stamp

Brenda Kay Stamp, 66, of Rock Island, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at her home.

Brenda was born on October 11, 1959, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Walter and Margaret (Ferguson) Herren. She married Greg Stamp in Clearwater Beach, Florida on June 13, 1996. Brenda enjoyed bird watching (especially hummingbirds) and she liked to cook. She loved spending time with her family, having endless talks, telling a countless number of stories, and meeting new people.

Survivors include her husband, Greg Stamp; children, August (Jess) Stamp, Forrest Stamp, Dalton (Angel) Stamp, Brianna (Jacob) Etzel, Nathan (Amanda) Northrup; grandchildren, Auhbree, Meghan, Kayden, Gabriel, and a baby girl due in July; siblings, Walt Herren, Butch Herren, and Paris Lynn.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded. Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline are assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
