Bryan K. Sedam II, 37, of Hillsdale, IL, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016, at his home.
Cremation rites have been accorded, and the family will hold a celebration of life on Sunday, March 6th from 1 to 4 p.m. at Deep Pockets Billiards, 3810 27th St, Moline. Please wear comfortable attire.
Bryan was born on January 24, 1979, in Moline, IL, to Bryan K. Sedam and Melissa J. Mason-Sedam. He married Lynn Hawotte on March 15, 2007, in Rock Island.
Bryan was a partner in the family business, Billiard Wholesalers in Silvis. He was a very skilled musician and enjoyed playing the drums, guitar, bagpipes and the didgeridoo. He was a true survivalist at heart and loved fishing, hunting, hiking and camping. He lived his life at full throttle, and it was often said the only time he was not living dangerously was when he was sleeping.
Above all else, was his love for his family.
Bryan is survived by his wife Lynn, Hillsdale, IL; two sons, Layn and Mason Sedam, Fountain, CO; and three children he raised as his own, Joseph Reedy, Madison Reedy, and Jacob Reedy, Hillsdale, IL; father and step mother, Bryan and Fran Sedam, East Moline, IL; mother, Melissa Mason, Moline, IL; sisters, Marybeth Sedam-Bambauer (Nickle), East Moline, IL, and Rebecca Sedam-McShane (Milburn), Colona, IL; maternal grandparents, Donna (Jim) Stoltz, Moline, IL, and Hunter (Jan) Mason, OK; nieces and nephew, Kiah Bambauer, Logan Bambauer, and Danika McShane; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Mary Sedam, and two cousins, Robert Phillips and Erin Sedam.
