Carl H. Johnson, Jr., 69, of Moline, IL, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family or to American Cancer Society.
Carl was born on January 7, 1946, in Moline, IL, the son of Carl H. and Dorothy Hale Johnson, Sr. He worked as a forklift operator for Blackhawk Foundry.
Carl loved dirt track racing and country line dancing. Most of all, he loved his family.
