Carole Gordon

Carole Gordon, 77, of Silvis, IL, passed away, July 13, 2025, at UnityPoint Health Trinity, Rock Island.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services on Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family.

Carole was born on August 29, 1947, in Davenport, IA, the daughter of Walter and Ella (Foley) Dalldorf. She married James T. Gordon Sr. in East Moline, IL; he preceded her in death on April 29, 2008. Carole enjoyed bird watching, parasailing, sailing, and loved the ocean.

Survivors include her children, Kris Gordon and James (Letty) Gordon Jr.; grandchildren, Frankie, Nicole (Nicholas), and Marissa; 1 great-grandchild on the way; sisters, Ruthanne (Larry) Hartman and Beverly Hurley.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
