Carole E. Kaiser, 88, of Moline, passed away on August 20, 2026, in Moline.

Private family services will be held. Burial will be at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans, Kings Harvest Ministries, YouthHope, or Rescued.

Carole was born on February 25, 1938, in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Vernon and Hazel (Roenfeldt) Wyckoff. She married Eugene M. Kaiser on July 30, 1961, in Clinton, Iowa. He preceded her in death on August 2, 2000. She had been employed as a Registered Nurse at the former Lutheran Hospital in Moline, as well as a teacher’s aide in Moline schools, and preschool teacher at the YMCA. She was also a loving and devoted homemaker. Carole was an active member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Moline, until she could no longer attend. She was a member of the Illini Hospital Auxiliary and volunteered her time at King’s Harvest Thrift Shop and Christian Friendliness.

Carole is survived by her children, Laurie (David) Lesthaeghe, Mark Kaiser, Scott (Daryl) Kaiser-Toney; grandson, Joshua Lesthaeghe; brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Turner; sister-in-law, Jeanice Rich; and special friend, Dale Tanis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; sister, Vernice “Ann” Turner, sister-in-law, Elizabeth Schrempf.
