Carolyn Peterson

Carolyn L. Peterson, 80, of Moline, passed away October 15, 2025, at Celebrate of Moline.

Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday November 3, 2025, at the Reynolds Cemetery in Reynolds, IL. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.

Carolyn was born September 5, 1945, the daughter of Melvin and Eleanor Curtis. Carolyn married Russ Peterson, on June 10, 1995. Russ preceded her in death December 22, 2020. Carolyn graduated from Rockridge High School. She worked many years for Blackhawk Bank & Trust, Milan.

In earlier years, she was active in 4-H and showed ponies. Carolyn enjoyed going to the cabin in Minnesota with her husband.

Carolyn is survived by her mother, sons, grandchild, sisters, nieces, and nephew.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her father.
