Charles W. Alden, Jr., 56, of Rock Island, IL, died Monday, May 8, 2017, at home.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior to the service on Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Cremation rites will be accorded and inurnment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family.
Charles was born on May 16, 1960, in Moline, IL, the son of Charles and Jeanne Bealer Alden, Sr. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God and liked to go fishing.
Survivors include his mother, Jeanne Alden; brother, Bob, Colona, IL; nephews, Tyler and Dawson; great nephews, Clyde and Oliver.
He was preceded in death by his father and baby sister.
