Cindy L. Lester, 61, of Moline, IL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 9, 2013, at her home.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, at the funeral home. Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded following her services. Memorials may be made to a memorial fund in her grandson, Preston's, name to help with his Autism care.
Cindy was born on August 25, 1951, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Adrian and Patsy M. (Mazzarollo) Sellers. She worked for John Deere and was a member of Calvary Church of the Quad Cities. Cindy was a strong advocate for Autism and an exceptional writer. She had written a couple of newspaper articles about her grandson who has Autism. Not only was she a wonderful mother but she was also her daughters' best friend. She loved music and dancing. She loved the lord with all of her heart. Cindy will be deeply missed.
