Claude Hanson

Claude S. Hanson, 62, of Davenport, IA, died Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Genesis Medical Center - East Campus, Davenport, IA.

Private family graveside services will be held at a later date. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Claude was born on August 16, 1952, in Moline, IL, the son of Martin and Carol Bell Hanson.

Claude was currently employed by EGS at Mt. Joy, IA, but had been self-employed in the furniture refinishing/restoration business along with dealing in antiques for most of his life.

Survivors include his brother, Brad (Bettie) Hanson, Hillsdale, IL; nephew and nieces, Seth (Tonia) Hanson, Geneva, IL, Sarah (Brent) Hunsberger, West Linn, OR, Jennifer (Mike Zavos) Hanson, Fallbrook, CA, Becky (Jeff Turner) Hanson, St. Louis, MO; great nieces, Claire Hunsberger, Paige Hunsberger, and Avery Hanson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Brent, and sister-in-law, Judy Hanson.
