Connie Murphy

Connie L. Murphy, 78, of New Windsor, passed away, Saturday, March 5, 2022, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Visitation will be from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, Moline.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org.

Connie was born on March 21, 1943, in Schiller Park, IL. She married Ted Murphy on August 29, 1959. He proceeded her in death on February 16, 2018. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, gardening, fishing and putting puzzles together.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Jennifer Arredondo, Veronica (Justin) Daughenbaugh, Christopher Murphy, Nattaliey Murphy; daughter-in-law, Heidi (John) Carabba; great grandchildren, Zach, Zoey, Jillian, Samantha, and Jolene.

She was preceded in death by her husband, and sons, Gary Murphy, Todd Murphy, and Rusty Murphy.
