Danny I. Holderfield, 60, of Moline, IL, went to be with the Lord, Monday, November 3, 2014, at Rock Island Nursing and Rehab Center, Rock Island, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 8, 2014, at Bethany Baptist Church, 700 35th Avenue Place, Moline. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the family.
Danny was born on July 13, 1954, in Flint, MI, the son of Barry I. and Helen Mizer Holderfield. He worked as a welder for George Evans Co. and later as a bus monitor for Johannes Bus Service.
Danny was a member of Bethany Baptist Church where he served as trustee and usher. He loved his cars and spending time with family.
