David "Trucker" R. Johnson, 57, of Moline, IL, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Moline, Moline, IL.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the family.
David was born on June 25, 1958, in Moline, IL, the son of W. Robert and Clarice J. Johnson. He worked as a supervisor for Xpac.
David enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and working on cars. He was a great family man and loved his dogs.
Survivors include his daughters, Darcy Johnson, Moline, IL, and Katherine Johnson, Rock Island, IL; mother, Clarice Johnson, Moline, IL; grandchildren, Taliyah, Tra, Ariyah; sisters, Pamela (Keith) Morris, Moline, IL, and Julie (Kent) Holt, MO.
He was preceded in death by his father.
