Doris (Collier) Lynn

Doris Lynn, 90, of East Moline, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2022, at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend the service must meet at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd, Moline, at 1:30pm for the procession to the cemetery.

Doris was born on November 15, 1931, in Golconda, IL, the daughter of Harry and Verla (McMurphy) Collier. She married Dennis Lynn on September 17, 1949. He preceded her in death in 1967.

Survivors include her children, Karen (Paul) Laethem, Richard (Christine) Lynn; son-in-law, Wayne Marshall; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 step great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Connie Marshall; and siblings, Marlyn Goodson, Garth Collier, Nadine Cornell, Averil Kincaid, Keith Collier, and Gail Suits.
