Doris W. McMullen, 93, of East Moline, IL, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at her home.
A private funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. for family and relatives on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens.
Doris was born on January 29, 1919, in Galva, IL, the daughter of Axel and Mabel (Manthe) Anderson. She married Willard T. McMullen on June 14, 1941 in Palmyra, MO. He preceded her in death on July 14, 1993. Doris enjoyed gardening, knitting, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family.
