Dorothy P. Wojcinski

Dorothy P. Wojcinski, 82, of Moline, passed away peacefully at Heartland Healthcare, Moline. Thursday, February 19, 2009 where she had been recently residing and previously at Amber Ridge, Moline.
A celebration of her life will be held Monday, February 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Wesleyan Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline. A memorial fund will be established in her name. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at National Cemetery in Rock Island. Friends and family are invited to a luncheon at Heritage Wesleyan Church at 1 p.m.
Dorothy Brownson was born April 2, 1926 at Cook County Hospital, Chicago. She was the daughter of Wilma and John Brownson. She was untied in marriage to Richard Wojcinski on April 13, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI. He preceded her in death on July 22, 1997.
She was a devoted wife, mother and she absolutely loved doting on her grandchildren.
