Douglas S. Peterson, 54, of Moline, IL, died Friday, May 18, 2012 at Heritage 53, Moline.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd., 1301 4th Street, Orion, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be at Western Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to ARC of the Quad Cities Area.
Douglas was born on September 18, 1957 in Moline, IL, the son of Virgil and Irma (Nelson) Peterson. He held various jobs through ARC of the Quad Cities Area. Douglas was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Orion.
