Eric C. Denney, 70, of Milan, IL, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Belle Plaine Nursing & Rehab, Belle Plaine, IA.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2017, at National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal. Those wishing to attend should meet at 2 p.m. on Monday at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, for procession to the cemetery.
Eric was born on April 9, 1947, in Illinois. He had previously worked as an engineer power train repairman and he enjoyed taking care of his animals.
Survivors include friends, Jo Mueller, Mike Cluff, and many others.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant child.
