Gregory Harold Blaser

Gregory Harold Blaser, 69 of Silvis passed away suddenly on Sunday January 9th, 2022, at UnityPoint Health Trinity Moline.

Gregory was born on April 17th, 1952, in Moline, IL.  He was the third son of Harold and Ethel Blaser.  At the age of 19 he successfully graduated from Moline Sr. High.  Nearly five years later he was employed with the United States Postal Service where he held many different roles until his retirement in 2009.  Gregory’s interests were league bowling, gardening, and contributing to the success of the Blaser Sweeper Co.  In addition to his interests, his hobby was "Scrapping/Junking".  Gregory humbly donated to a vast amount of charities from 2020 till his passing.

Cremation rites have been accorded and services will be held at a later date.

Survivors include Brothers: Edward and Bryan Blaser; Nephews: Daniel and Benjamin Blaser; Nieces: Kimberly Redden, Suzette Padilla, and Sara Hamilton. Many other first and second Cousins.

Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Ethel and by his brother, Michael.
