Harold E. Wright, 73, of Coal Valley, IL, died Sunday, April 13, 2014, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline, IL. Visitation will be from Noon to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Coal Valley Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Harold was born on January 28, 1941, in Lovilia, IA, the son of Mathew C. and Evangaline (Johnson) Wright.
He married Anna M. Casper on March 21, 1959, in Unionville, MO.
Harold worked for John Deere Harvester for 32 years retiring as an assembler in 1998. He enjoyed yard work and bird watching. Harold was a true handyman and could fix anything.
Survivors include his loving wife, Anna
