Hazel J. Thomas

Hazel J. Thomas, age 81, of Colona, died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Trinity, Rock Island.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation is from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial is at Dayton Corner Cemetery.

Hazel was born October 22, 1931, in Corbin, KY, the daughter of Jeremy and Eva (McQuerey) Godsey. She married Earl Thomas on December 31, 1948, in Corbin. Hazel enjoyed reading. She especially loved taking care of her brothers, grandchildren, and family.
