Jim was born on September 28, 1961, in Pensacola, Florida, the son of James and Bobbie Kelly Payne.
Jim was the owner of Builders Plus. He could build or fix just about anything. He was very creative and loved to paint and sketch. Jim loved skydiving and had accomplished more than 250 jumps. He was described as very compassionate and had a heart of gold. This was evident by the stories that we had been told the last several days.
