Jamie Lee Phillips, 47, of Pleasant Valley, IA, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021, at UnityPoint Health Trinity Rock Island.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline is assisting the family.
Jamie was born on November 12, 1973, in Rock Island, the son of Charley V. and Susanne M. (Addison) Phillips. He was self employed as a car sales broker. Jamie enjoyed cars, martial arts, and kickboxing.
Survivors include his daughters, Rebecca Phillips, Karissa Brown, and Addison Phillips; father, Charley Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his son, Zachary Phillips; and mother, Susanne Phillips.
