Janette L. Frost, 76, of Coal Valley, IL, died Monday, September 22, 2014, at Select Specialty Hospital, Davenport, IA.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at First Presbyterian Church, 2431 1st Street, Coal Valley. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Rose Lawn Memorial Estate. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Janette was born on July 16, 1938, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Harry B. and Juanita McCulloch Means.
She married Ronald "Frosty" L. Frost on March 17, 1956, in Galesburg, IL, and he preceded her in death on February 19, 1994. She worked in administration for Connor Company, retiring in 2001.

Janette was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Coal Valley and an active member of Credit Women International. She was a lifetime member of Moline Legion Auxiliary 246, having served several terms as President. Janette enjoyed bowling and Bingo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; special friend, Paul Wind.
