Janice M. "Jan" Dierolf, 88, of Sherrard, IL, died Friday, October 3, 2014 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, 2312- 18th Avenue, Rock Island, IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the church. Burial will be at Chippiannock Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church or the The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
Janice was born on September 1, 1926, in Rock Island, IL, the daughter of Walter and Milda Rightnour Hill. She married Clifford Dierolf on March 14, 1947 in Rock Island, IL.
Janice worked for Iowa - Illinois Gas & Electric for 25 years in the office. She also was a hair stylist. Jan was very artistic and enjoyed painting pictures using water colors, oils and acrylics. She also had her own business, "Jan's Farm."

She was preceded in death by brothers Robert Hill and Warner Hill.
