Jean Ann Buttolph, 73, of Louisville, KY, died Sunday, December 4, 2016, at Rosewood Health Care Center, Moline.
Jean was born on October 17, 1943, in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Gaston and Mary Cheek Rolen. She married Marland Wayne Buttolph in 1965, in Louisville, and he preceded her in death in 1981.
Jean loved attending music shows with her best friend.
Survivors include her daughter, Marlene (Cory) De Long, Milan, IL; sister, Christine Cox, Louisville, KY; special friends, Brenda (Jimmy) Young, Louisville, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Mark Wayne Buttolph.
