Jeanette K. Hicks

Jeanette K. Hicks, 82, of Moline, passed away Monday, November 29, 2021, at UnityPoint Trinity, Rock Island.

Private burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park.  Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.

Jeanette was born on March 27, 1939, in Clayton, Iowa, the daughter of Donald and Ruth (Swaim) Archer.  She married Smith E. Hicks on October 17, 1980, in Davenport.  Jeanette and her husband managed various apartment complexes in Colorado and the Quad Cities area.  Jeanette enjoyed spending her time working on her computer.

Survivors include her husband, Smith; and son, Timothy (Diana) Peterson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Terry.
