A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at Greenview Memorials Gardens, East Moline.
Joel was born on May 6, 1927, in Galesburg, IL, the son of Joel and Princess Blondell Cozad, Sr. He married Leonoa, she preceded him in death.
Joel was a United States Army and Air Force Veteran, having served during WWII and Korea.
