John "Randy" Randolph Warren, 71, of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at home.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2014, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., 6601 38th Avenue, Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Memorials may be made to the Rock Island County Animal Shelter.
Randy was born on April 15, 1943, in Kewanee, IL, the son of John and Irene (Binge) Warren. He worked as a welder for Rock Island Lines. He later worked in maintenance for Jumer's Casino in Rock Island.
In his younger years, Randy enjoyed drag racing, hunting, and fishing. More than anything, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and his dog, Mitzi.
