Julia A. Martin, 65, of Orion IL, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at her home.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 2815 West 3rd Street, Coal Valley, IL. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at the church. Burial will be at National Cemetery at the Rock Island Arsenal. In lieu of flowers, Julia asked for memorials to go to Trinity Lutheran Church in Coal Valley, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the Wounded Warrior Project. Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd., Orion, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Julia was born on July 14, 1949, in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the daughter of William C. and Edna L. Page
Green. She married Craig L. Martin on September 9, 1967, in Springfield, IL. Julia loved the Lord and loved her family.

Survivors include her loving husband, Craig; children, Christopher (Anna) Martin, Coal Valley, IL, Scott (Sarah) Martin, Oskaloosa, IA; 8 grandchildren, Daryn Kate Martin, TN, Brett Grace Martin, TN, Evan Christene Martin, Coal Valley, IL, Rory Elizabeth Martin, Coal Valley, IL, Nathan Lee Martin, Coal Valley, IL, Mattie Lynn Nenycz, Coal Valley, IL, Kale Michael Martin, Kowan Alexander Martin, Oskaloosa, IA; sister, Linda Bolles, MT; brothers, Mark Green, WY, Norbert Green, WA, Michael (Paula) Green, WA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
