Karen J. Anselmi

Karen J. Anselmi, 75, of Moline, passed away July 6, 2025, at her home.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday July 15, 2025, at Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory Ltd., 1301 4th Street, Orion. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Karen was born on April 14, 1950, in Moline, the daughter of Homer V. and Mary A. (Jones) Fox. She had previously been employed as an underwriter for Bituminous Insurance Companies in Rock Island. Karen was an avid member of the Chief Blackhawk Antique Motorcycle Club. She loved to be with her family and attending her grandkids sporting events.

Survivors includer her sister, Sandra Mewes; brother, Gary L. (Cheryl Brooks) Fox; nephew, Darrin (Jennifer) Lawson; special friend, Mike Anselmi; nephews, Tanner (Amanda) Fox, Tyler Fox, Jacob (Emily Watkins) Fox; daughters, Jessica (Jeremiah) Berhenke and Amanda (Shawn) Rentfro; grandchildren, Michaela (Alex) Miller, Madison (Brandon) Guthrie, Tyler (Nikki) Berhenke, Jake Berhenke, Miah Berhenke, Braedon Anselmi, Andy Anselmi, Samantha Rentfro; great grandchildren, Ophelia & Micah.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother in law, Robert Mewes.
