Karen L. Buck

Karen Louise Buck, 60, of Rock Island, passed away Monday, May 30, 2022, at her home.

Cremation rites have been accorded and private family services will be held at a later date. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family.

Karen was born on June 29, 1961, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Hearl J. and Nancy (Wallentine) Gooden. She previously worked as a CNA.

Survivors include her children, Heather (Kyle) Wages, James Bohlander, Michael Buck, Brittany Buck, Amberé Buck; sister, Melanie Stromberg; grandchildren, Josiah Wages, Brooklen Wages, Charley Wages, Amylia Quick, Lil Dom Miller, Olivia Donis, Raina Buck, Tyler Engel, Kody Engel, Dylan Degeeter, Maddison Engel; great grandchildren, Samarah Rose Engel, Adriel Elias Mendez, Isabella Grace Engel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Charles Gooden.
