Kathleen M. Penca

Kathleen M. Penca, 64, of Silvis, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Allure of the Quad Cities, Moline.

A private family Mass and inurnment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in East Moline will be held at later date. Memorials may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., is assisting the family.

Kathleen was born on April 14, 1961, in Moline the daughter of Joseph E. and Ursula (Tragarz) Penca. She was employed as a laborer retiring in 2010. Kathleen loved animals and being with her friends.

Kathleen is survived by her siblings, Mary Ann (Rod) Brown, Patricia (Bill) Schaeffer and Joseph Penca. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Kathleen was preceded by her parents and nephew, James Schaeffer.
