Kelly M. Foster

Kelly M. Foster, 60, of East Moline, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at University and Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Ltd., Moline. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Project Now or to One Eighty (Davenport, IA).

Kelly was born on March 23, 1966, in Monmouth, IL. She married Greg S. Foster in Moline, IL on July 12, 1997. Kelly worked as a finance director at Project Now. When she was 50 years old, Kelly went back to school and received her bachelor’s with high honors from Western Illinois University. Kelly loved the Lord. She was also a fan of pop culture and enjoyed scrapbooking, genealogy, Winnie-the-Pooh, Star Wars, Dr. Who, and Jane Austen.

Survivors include her husband, Greg and daughter, Elizabeth Cook.

She was preceded in death by her father.
