Kenneth “Kenny” L. DeWeese, 63, of Moline, IL, died Thursday, August 03, 2017, at home.
Cremation rites have been accorded and inurnment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in St. Mary, MO. Memorials may be made to the family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Kenneth was born on April 4, 1954, in Lithium, MO, the son of Marvin R. and Estlea C. Mowry. He married Norva J. Van Brocklin on April 25, 2003, in Rock Island, IL. He worked as a maintenance technician for Axion Properties.
Survivors include his wife, Norva DeWeese; son, Kenneth (Christy) DeWeese, Lakeland, FL; daughter, Naomi (Stacy) Wilson, Warsaw, KY; grandchildren, Kaylyn (Recardo) Nava and Christine Nava; many great grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd (Linda) DeWeese, East Moline, IL, Ronnie (Kathy) DeWeese, Perryville, MO, and Robert (Karen) VanBrocklin, Montrost, IA; several nieces and nephews; many friends
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, Richard, Lindell, and Doyle; sisters, Peggy, Norma, and Mary Jane.
