Kenneth Robert Adams

Kenneth Robert Adams, 86, of Moline, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at his home.

Cremation rites will be accorded.  Memorials may be made to First Covenant Church, Moline.

Robert was born on March 19, 1934, in Moline, the son of Edward and Evelyn (Welander) Adams.  He married Jean M. Lannoo in Galesburg and she preceded him in death on October 10, 2014.  He retired in 1982 from International Harvester in Rock Island as an office worker.  He was a member of First Covenant Church in Moline and a Forrester.

Survivors include his children, James (Jayde) Adams, Viola, David Adams, Aledo, Barbara (Ronald) Fontenoy, New Windsor, Thomas Adams, Alpha, Donald (Penny) Adams, Matherville, Brian Adams, Rock Island, Joseph (Dawn) Adams, New Windsor, Marilyn Lang, Moline, George Adams, New Windsor, and Linda (Jason) Adams, Keswick, IA; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Jean (Mervin) Hemm, East Moline, and brother William Adams, Davenport.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, brother, John Adams, and grandson Joshua Fontenoy.
