Kimble L. McLain, 64, of Rock Island, IL, passed away, October 9, 2023, at his residence.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial of cremains will be at Moline Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.
Kimble was born on March 2, 1959, in Moline, IL, the son of Shirley and Gordon McLain. Kimble loved taking part in all kinds of entertainment, from being a magician to being a DJ at weddings. He was a true lover of music, but especially drums and keyboards. Kimble worked at Laborers Local 309 in Rock Island, IL.
Survivors include Sharon McLain, his children Amber McLain, April (Jeff) Clark, and Auston McLain; grandchildren Madison Adkins, Aiden Adkins, and Rhianna Clark; brothers Kent McLain and Kurt (Karen) McLain; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Kimble loved his granddog, Charlie.
He was preceded in death by his parents Shirley and Gordon McLain, and siblings Vicki and Karter McLain.
