Lisa Koch, 54, of Rock Island, IL, died Thursday, December 1, 2016, at UnityPoint
Health – Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, IL.
A family directed memorial service will be held at 7.00 p.m.Monday December 5, 2016 at Faith Walk World Outreach Center, 1450 Avenue of the Cities, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the family. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., Moline, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Lisa was born on December 17, 1961, in Moline, IL, the daughter of Norbert C. and Marjorie M. Snyder Koch. She worked as a home care provider for Help at Home. Also, she worked for 30 years as a dietician for Moline Public Hospital and Trinity.
Survivors include her sons, Caleb Koch, Moline, and Gabe Koch-Flowers, Rock Island; sister, Amy Koch, Milan; niece, Aryanne Koch, Moline; nephew, Jayden Walters-Koch, Milan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dena Miner.
